Privacy policy

What personal data we process, why, and what your rights are. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) apply.

The website form does not store your data in a database: it sends it by email to hola@bldiseno.com. We do not build profiles, we do not make automated decisions about you and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
3. Project data
When a project involves processing data belonging to your business or your clients (for example, in an automation or an AI agent), we act as processor and sign the corresponding agreement with you (Art. 28 GDPR). Systems are designed so that information stays where it belongs.
4. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. Only the providers we need in order to operate have access to it, as processors:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus): website and email hosting, servers in the European Union.
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.: only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp.
If any provider transfers data internationally, it does so under European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Browsing
For security, the server logs the IP address, date and browser of each visit. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you or for advertising. We use no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server. More detail in the cookie policy.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@bldiseno.com. We reply within one month at most. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security and changes
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we limit access to information to those who need it. If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
