Accounts, API keys, code and data are yours from day one. If you want to move to another provider tomorrow, you can.

We pick the tool to fit the problem and your maintenance budget, not the other way round: language models from different providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, open models when data must not leave your infrastructure), orchestrators such as n8n or Make when they fit, and custom code when an off-the-shelf tool falls short.
We connect to what you already use: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, your CRM, your invoicing software or your ERP. If an integration isn’t reliable, we tell you before we start.

What exactly does an AI agency do?

How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on the scope, the integrations and the volume. We don’t work from generic rate cards: after a first conversation we propose a fixed price in writing, matched to what you actually need. Our guide explains which factors drive the cost.
Is my data used to train AI models?
It shouldn’t be, and we set things up so it isn’t: we use providers’ business plans that exclude your data from training, limit what information each agent can see and, when needed, use models hosted on your own infrastructure.
Do you only work in Barcelona?
We’re based in Barcelona and like to meet clients in person when we can, but almost all the work is done remotely. We work with companies across Spain and the rest of Europe, in Spanish and in English.
How long until we see a first result?
We prefer a tightly scoped pilot, on a single process or channel, that can be tested within a few weeks. The exact timeline goes in the written proposal, along with the price and the deliverables.
