Is n8n what you need?
n8n is a good fit when there’s volume, sensitive data that must stay on your infrastructure, or logic that goes beyond connecting two apps. For a simple workflow between two well-known tools, Make or Zapier may be quicker to set up, and we’ll tell you so.
We also write code when no visual tool solves the problem well. We don’t sell n8n: we make sure your process works and that someone can maintain it tomorrow.

What is n8n?

Is n8n free?
The self-hosted version has a free licence for internal use, with conditions worth checking for your case; n8n also offers a paid cloud version. There are always server and maintenance costs, which we set out before we start.

It depends on the volume, where the data needs to stay and who will maintain it. We decide with you: we have no tool to push.
Can you take over an n8n setup someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review: which workflows exist, which ones fail, which credentials they use and what depends on what. Then we propose in writing what to fix and how to maintain it.
