We work with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 through their official connections, with permissions limited to what’s needed and revocable at any time.
Each provider’s built-in tools (filters, rules, assistants) solve part of the problem. When they fall short, for example to log data in another program, we add a workflow of our own.

Frequently asked questions
Can email replies be automated?
Yes, with judgement. Replies to simple, repetitive questions can go out on their own; everything else stays as a draft for a person to check. You decide where the line is.
Does the AI read all my emails?
Only those in the mailbox or folder that is connected, with limited permissions, and through providers with plans that exclude training on your data. Highly sensitive information can be kept out of the workflow.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. We work with Outlook and Microsoft 365 as well as Gmail and Google Workspace.
