n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code
We don’t sell a tool. A simple automation between two well-known apps can live in Make or Zapier; a workflow with sensitive data or high volume is usually better on n8n hosted on your own server; and when the logic is complex or the integration doesn’t exist, we write code.
We make the call together with you, based on three things: where the data needs to stay, what it will cost to run each month and who will be able to work on it in the future.

Frequently asked questions
Which business processes can be automated?
Almost any repetitive task that follows rules: copying data between tools, processing invoices, sorting emails, generating documents from templates, sending reminders or preparing reports. Work that needs judgement can be assisted by AI, with the final decision left to a person.
Is n8n or Make better?
It depends. Make is quick to set up for simple workflows between well-known apps. n8n can be hosted on your own server, which helps with sensitive data and large volumes. We choose with you based on the data, the monthly cost and who will maintain it.
Do I need to change the software I use?
Usually not. We automate around what you already use. If a tool doesn’t allow reliable integrations, we tell you before we start and suggest alternatives, without forcing you to migrate anything that works.
What happens if an automation fails?
Our automations log every run and alert you when something goes wrong, so nobody finds the problem weeks later. Under maintenance, adjustments and fixes are made by the same person who built it.
