AI chatbot
An AI chatbot that answers with your company’s information, not the internet’s.
Old chatbots followed a menu of buttons and frustrated everyone. An AI chatbot understands the question, finds the answer in your documents and knows when to stop and alert a person.
Talk about your caseIn short
An AI chatbot for business is a conversational assistant built on a language model that answers customers using only information the company has approved (services, opening hours, terms, frequent questions) and passes to a person anything it shouldn’t handle alone. BL Diseno builds them to measure for your website, WhatsApp Business or email, with written rules and a log of every conversation.
What a good AI chatbot does
Answers with your data
Services, terms, opening hours, documentation: only what you approve. If it doesn’t know something, it says so instead of making it up.
Qualifies and logs
It asks what’s needed to understand the request and leaves it in your CRM or inbox, ready for someone to pick up.
Hands over
Complaints, special pricing or sensitive decisions go to a person, with a summary of the conversation.
Works out of hours
Nights, weekends and bank holidays: nobody goes unanswered, and you review it first thing.
Where it can live
- On your website, as a discreet chat window.
- On WhatsApp Business, following Meta’s rules for AI assistants.
- In your email, preparing drafts that someone checks before sending.
- Inside the company, as an internal assistant for your procedures.
What we don’t do
- Chatbots that pretend to be a person: customers know they’re talking to an assistant, as the EU AI Act requires.
- Answers on topics you haven’t approved (prices, timelines, diagnoses, legal advice).
- Set-ups that aren’t measured: we review conversations and fix what isn’t working.
How we work with you
- 1
We listen
A first conversation, with no commitment, to understand the problem the way your team actually lives it. The fix is often simpler than it looks, and if so, we’ll tell you.
- 2
We propose
Fixed scope, timeline and price, in writing, before we start. We look for what makes sense for both sides: no open-ended hours and no surprises on the invoice.
- 3
We build
Short delivery cycles: you see real progress every week and test it on your own cases, not on a staged demo.
- 4
We stay
Maintenance, adjustments and direct support from the same person who built it. Everything is documented and in your name.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a regular chatbot and an AI chatbot?
A regular chatbot follows a tree of predefined options. An AI chatbot understands questions asked in the customer’s own words and answers from your company’s information, which feels far more natural.
Can the chatbot make up answers?
That’s the main risk with generative AI, and design reduces it: the chatbot only answers from your documentation, says “I don’t know” when it can’t find the answer, and sensitive topics always go to a person.
Can it connect to WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. Meta has specific rules for AI assistants; we explain them in our guide and follow them on every project.
Do I have to tell customers they’re talking to AI?
Yes. The EU AI Act requires people to be informed that they are interacting with an AI system, unless it’s obvious. We include this by default.
