Frequently asked questions
Which software can you integrate with?
Any tool with an API or a reliable export: the usual CRMs and ERPs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, online shops, payment gateways and most invoicing software. We check it for your case before proposing anything.
What if my software has no API?
There are sometimes alternatives (scheduled exports, automatic emails, official connectors). If none is reliable, we tell you and weigh up together whether switching tools is worth it.
What happens if an integration fails?
Our integrations log every transfer and send an alert when something doesn’t arrive, so the error is fixed the same day rather than discovered at month end.
